What's in it and why


  • Whey Protein Isolate

    Whey protein isolate is the purest form of whey protein. We use this as the main protein source because it's quickly absorbed and great for recovery.

  • Micellar Casein

    Micellar casein is a form of milk protein. It takes longer to digest than whey, so it helps you stay fuller longer. We use it for sustained protein absorption and appetite control.

  • Plant Protein Blend

    Our plant protein blend is made from pea, rice, and hemp protein. It delivers a balanced mixture of all your essential amino acids.

  • BCAAs

    BCAAs, or Branched Chain Amino Acids, aid in muscle recovery to help you rebuild after a tough workout.

Vitamins and Minerals

  • Vitamin D3

    Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium. It's also good for bone health and helps reduce inflammation. We use both cholecalciferol and ergocalciferol as sources of vitamin D.

  • Vitamin C

    Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, has many roles in the body, including making collagen for healing wounds, helping you absorb iron, and working as an antioxidant to protect cells from free radicals that can do damage.

  • Vitamin B12

    Cyanocobalamin, or vitamin B12, keeps nerve and blood cells healthy and helps your body produce DNA. It's usually low in plant-based diets, so it's one of our top ingredients for vegans and vegetarians.

  • Folic Acid

    Folic acid is important for everyone for proper cell division, especially women of childbearing age.

  • Iron

    In the form of ferrous fumarate, iron helps transfer oxygen throughout your body. Both women and those following a plant-based diet, often have a deficiency.

  • Potassium

    Also called tripotassium citrate, potassium is an important electrolyte that's used all over your body. It helps your heart function properly, and even assists with muscle contraction.

  • Broccoli Sprout

    This veggie contains high amounts of enzymes and phytochemicals that may protect against cancer. It may also help reduce oxidative stress and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes.

  • Tomatoes

    Loaded with vitamins A and C, tomatoes also provide, fiber, folate, manganese, and potassium. It's rich in antioxidants, including lycopene and betacarotene, and known to possibly lower the risk of cancer.

    Maltodextrin is a gluten-free form of carbohydrates or energy. It provides simple carbs that are easy to digest and absorb, making it a great source for those doing a lot of cardio.

  • Healthy Fats—MCT Oil Powder

    MCT oil powder is a form of fat that we use to aid in weight loss. It also has better taste and shelf life than other fat sources.

  • Texture—Xanthan Gum

    Xanthan gum is a thickening agent we use to help with texture and thicken your formula.
