  • Which liquids can I mix nourish with?

    You can mix Nourish with any liquid you'd like, but we recommend water, dairy milk, or nondairy milk. Our personal favorites are unsweetened almond milk and coconut milk!

  • What are the flavor choices?

    We currently offer chocolate and vanilla, but we'd love to hear if you have other flavor suggestions! Just email us at nourish@ifit.com.

  • How do you personalize my formula?

    We'll get to know you by asking a series of questions about your body, nutrition, exercise, and goals. From there, we'll decide which nutrients will help you reach your goals in the fastest time possible. Our dietitians and trainers will then analyze your responses and create a unique formulation made just for you!

  • Can I change my formula?

    Yes! If your goals or needs ever change, you can log in to your account, take the questionnaire again, and we'll update your formula. We'll decide which ingredients we need to add or remove, based on the new information you provide us.

  • Why are there so many ingredients?

    While ingredients vary from person to person, each formula has added vitamins and minerals that can make the ingredient list look long. But don't worry, every ingredient is added for a specific reason, backed up by extensive research, and hand-selected by our nutrition team.

  • Does Nourish taste like vitamins?

    Not at all. While Nourish is loaded with vitamins and minerals, we know you don't want to taste them. So your mix will only taste like one of our delicious flavors—chocolate or vanilla.

  • Can I consume Nourish while pregnant or breastfeeding?

    If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before consuming Nourish, since every person is different.

  • What's the background of your nutrition team?

    Our nutrition team is a dedicated group of registered dietitians, expert nutritionists, personal trainers, and exercise scientists. With the combined knowledge and training of each individual, our team brings nearly 20 years of expertise to the table. They're the best in the business, and every decision they make is with you in mind.

  • Why did you start Nourish?

    Before Nourish became, well, Nourish, we wanted a nutritional shake that wasn't just "healthy." We're strong believers that one size fits none, so we knew we needed a drink that was beyond what everyone else was doing. More than anything, we wanted something that was customized, high-quality, and all-inclusive—a drink that contained your essential nutrients, including fruits, veggies, pure protein, and 25 vitamins and minerals. We wanted Nourish to have everything you need. And so the journey began!

  • Is Nourish organic?

    Many ingredients in Nourish are organic! However, some vitamins and minerals can't technically be called that, so we're unable to claim Nourish as 100% organic.

  • I'm allergic to dairy. Are you able to substitute that out?

    Yes, of course! We also have substitutes for soy and wheat allergies.

  • Is your packaging BPA-free?

    Yes! Always and forever.

  • Can I get a sample of Nourish before purchasing?

    Not at the moment! However, a 6-serving sample pack will be available soon. It'll include a protein, meal replacement, and plant-based mix in both chocolate and vanilla.

  • Can Nourish replace a multivitamin?

    Yes, you betcha! Most multivitamins only have 10–15 vitamins and minerals, whereas Nourish has 25 and only contains the quantities that you need.

  • When should I take Nourish?

    Great question! That depends if your formula is a post-workout supplement or a meal replacement. For post-workout, take Nourish within 30 minutes after your workout. For meal replacement, you can take Nourish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

  • How many scoops are in a serving?

    Depending on your formula, a serving is either 1 or 2 scoops. Check the back of your bag to make sure, though!

  • Do you take into account the nutrients from my daily food intake?

    Yes! We always take that into account. Nourish contains the nutrients you need, but not in entirely full doses. Basically, it doesn't contain 100% of every nutrient, because we know the rest comes from your other meals throughout the day.


  • How does the subscription work?

    You'll be billed once a month and receive one shipment every month. Each shipment includes two bags.

  • When will I be billed?

    You'll be billed when you sign up, then once every 30 days.

  • Can I skip a month of shipments if I haven't finished my supply yet?

    Yes! You can always choose to skip a month. Simply log in to your account and adjust your settings. For specific instructions, click here.

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    Yes, of course! You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply log in to your account and cancel your subscription from your settings. Just know that we will miss you! For specific instructions, click here. And if you want to slow your shipments down without canceling, you can also choose to skip a month of shipments.

  • What's your return policy?

    If you decide Nourish isn't for you, let us know anytime within 30 days of your first order and we'll refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs). No questions asked! And don't worry about shipping it back to us either—it's yours to keep. Keep in mind, our refund policy only applies to your first order, which includes promotions and trial offers.


  • How frequently will I receive shipments?

    Nourish is set up on a monthly subscription service. You'll receive one shipment with two bags every month. This guarantees your product is always fresh and you don't have to store lots of excess.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

    No, unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Only physical addresses.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, unfortunately we only ship to addresses in the United States at this time. We're hoping to in the future, though!

  • How long will it take for my first shipment to arrive?

    Your first shipment should arrive within 2–5 business days of placing your order. If you live in Alaska, it can take 5–10 days.

  • How do I track my order?

    You can track your order with the FedEx tracking number in your confirmation email.

  • Which courier do you use?

    We ship all of our packages through FedEx.
